What is Crayv?
Crayv is a curated micro-store in the lobby of your building, paired with an app you can shop it from at home. It's stocked with everyday essentials, restocked regularly like your own corner store.
How does shopping with Crayv work?
Open the Crayv app to see exactly what's in the store downstairs. Build your basket and pay before you go, then collect it in the lobby. You can also shop in person at the micro-store.
Are there delivery or service fees?
No. There's no delivery, no fee and no waiting. The store is already in your building.
What does the store carry?
Snacks, drinks, OTC and wellness, personal care, household and baby, plus small saves like cables and umbrellas. Every store is stocked for the building it serves.
Where is Crayv available?
Crayv is in select residential buildings in New York, with Miami and Chicago coming soon.

What does a Crayv micro-store cost the building?
Nothing. There's no purchase, no lease and no equipment line item. We install at our cost, on our timeline.
How does the building earn from it?
Properties receive a recurring share of product and media revenue, paid quarterly, with a quarterly statement and performance review.
Who runs the store day to day?
Our team handles restocking, technical service, merchandising and resident support, discreetly. Stores are resupplied about four times a week on average.
How long does it take to get one?
Most installs are scoped, contracted and live in under eight weeks. It starts with a 30-minute lobby walkthrough, and installation happens overnight in coordination with building management.
How much space and power does it need?
The store is 8 ft wide and 6.3 ft high, and runs on a standard 110 V outlet. The finishes can be matched to your lobby. Schedule a walkthrough →

How do I get my product on the Crayv shelf?
Submit your product specs, packaging dimensions, MOQ and wholesale terms. Our merchandising team reviews submissions monthly. Approved products get a 4-week pilot in matched buildings with live sell-through reporting, and top performers roll out wider. Submit a product →
What are the payment terms and reporting for suppliers?
Payment is standard Net 30, with weekly sell-through data and performance reporting by address.
What advertising formats are available?
Three: Lobby Takeovers on the store's screen, Shelf Sponsorships that pair a creative with your product on the shelf, and Building Exclusives for category exclusivity in an address or neighborhood. They can be bought individually or together.
Can we buy Crayv media programmatically?
Yes. Book directly with our sales team, or buy through your preferred DSP via our programmatic DOOH partners. Measurement is delivered back as standard.
How is advertising measured?
With first-party data by building: anonymised exposure, basket and repeat-purchase data, segmented by address and time of day. Request a demo →
